DESCRIPTION:Most people are not aware of the extent of damage being done to our city. Our crime rate is higher than 96.5% of U.S. cities. \n  \nMany businesses are being burdened and forced to close due to–stabbings\, shootings\, assault\, drugs\, theft\, vandalism\, graffiti\, panhandling\, arson\, homelessness\, vagrancy\, litter\, citizen safety. Solutions to this growing threat must be a top and immediate priority. \n  \nThe Goal–Gather a concerned citizenry that will generate innovative ideas that will overcome the victim mentality mindset\, remove the log jams that are obstructing justice and bring solutions. \n  \nFree admission–We want the citizens of Billings to come and be part of the solution.
